New Twitter profiles

Yippy! Another social media site has changed everything so we have to update our pages!

Social Media Examiner wrote what you need to know about the new Twitter profiles.

  • New profile header images.  Like Facebook.
  • Time to rewrite it. And you CAN include text in it. So add your contact information so it is there at a glance!

 

Need some ideas?

  • Use a single photo that represents you.
  • Use a single photo that inspires your community
  • Use a collection of photos (will need a photo editing program) to inspire/represent.

 

Sizes for the new twitter profile (via Twitter itself!)

  • Recommended image size: 1252 pixels wide by 626 pixels high
  • Your image must be larger than 700 pixels wide for image quality
  • File must be under 5MB
